I have visited this Urgent Care facility on two occasions.Both times I was treated quickly, professionally, and with the utmost care and compassion. Their use of technology for scheduling and communication is stellar. It always seems that an unexpected health issue occurs after my PCP's office closes or on a weekend. I am grateful to have this Urgent Care facility available.

This clinic is filled with medical professionals who love their job and love to help people! I have been here three times now and have been treated with the same respect and kindness every time. They are very professional and know how to get the job done in an accurate, timely manner. This is the best urgent care in Florence!

Very good experiences at this clinic from both doctor and nurses. Have used them for about 4 yrs.also before they moved to thier new location.

Urgent Care closes at 5:00 on Sunday. I arrived at 4:22. The doctor would not see me because it was too close to closing. There was no one else in the waiting room. Judging by other comments, this is common. I work in higher education. I would lose my job if I treated my "customers" that way. What has happened to doctors?

My husband is a Disabled Veteran from the US Air Force. He was at the Nashville VA Hospital yesterday and told them he needed to be seen by his Primary Care doctor for an earache. They told him they did not have enough doctors there at the time, but he could go to HH Urgent Care in Florence and the VA would pay for it. Just to be sure, he called HH Urgent Care from there and they told him yes, he could be seen and even GAVE HIM AN APPOINTMENT for this morning. I went to the clinic at 6pm and was advised the doctor was not seeing anyone anymore for the day. That i would have to come back in the morning. Their hours of operation says open till 8pm and they had a sign out front that said open. Working people can only come in in the evening after work. Why be open till 8 if you're not going to see patients after 6. There was one car in the parking lot and zero people in the lobby.

I'm not one to write reviews. However, I think the circumstances calls for it. We went for a COVID test. Yes, I know the ones they send off take time, some take 24 hours to around three or four days. I also understand that once it leaves the office it's out of their hands; however, the front desk is never at the phones. We waited nine days...NINE days and still had not heard a word about results. Anita sent me away after waiting for over an hour (booked online but walk-ins still get preference.) I told her, she didn't even take it, that my heart rate had been high. I was told that I could come back after I left the ER. I did (after being there for 3 hrs) and was told now a 3 hr wait. I explained the situation.
