Yesterday I was scheduled for my second Hepatitis B shot at my doctor's office. I went in and was given a meningitis shot. I was told it was meningitis after I exited the office and was in the lobby headed outside when my phone rang. The lady in the call told me I was given a meningitis shot and to go to my pharmacy for the second Hepatitis B shot. Let's say I wasn't happy. I was seen quickly by a kind staff who diagnosed my problem and prescribed the medications I needed. I was in and out in an hour.
Great place. Stopped in for a Covid test. Staff was efficient but friendly. Not a long wait. Checked in and completed paperwork in my car- less risk of exposure to sick People in waiting room. They texted me when to come in. Overall very satisfied with service and facility.
if you can get past the front receptionist who is very unprofessional, good luck! I would not recommend going there
On Monday morning, I called my primary care physician to try to get an appointment but she was booked until the next week but was told to go the urgent care. I "saved a spot" online, arrived 15 minutes early as instructed, but waited over 2 1/2 hours to be seen. At least 2 walk-in patients were seen before me, which I don't think is right. My vitals were taken by the nurse, then I was placed in a very cold room, where I waited another 30 minutes.
