I was very pleased how Mr. Domol handled my case, and making sure I was taken care of. It wasn't a situation I would have liked to be in, but after the fact, I'm very happy with my selection of representation.

Hupy & Abraham took one of the most traumatic experiences I've been through and took the pressure off. Even though I did not always know how I was going to get through this mess, I knew Hupy & Abraham had me covered. They had my back! It was a long process but in the end when things started coming to a close, they were there to answer any questions and hold my hand until I was finally able to get my settlement check. The lawyer assigned to my case definitely didn’t care, he also harassed me on the phone once. The lawyer wasn’t even able to get lost wage payments or all of my tools that were damaged in the crash. Overall it looked to me that they saw it is a smaller case and didn’t care at all, calling Hupy and Abraham only added roughly 4 months to my case and took 1/3rd of the settlement, horrible decision
