We have been very disappointed with the lack of communication that has taken place. We bought our jeep three weeks ago and the only way we are able to get up dates is to come in person, or to call continuously. We had expected up dates on a regular basis, even if not much to report. Communication is key to a good busyness it only makes you and your company look bad when you ignore calls and not respond to inquires.
