Marty assisted me with repairing my sunroof and TPMS sensor. He provided excellent service and communicated clearly throughout the process. I will definitely return for any future service needs, knowing Marty will be there to work on my Equinox!
My truck is under warranty, took it in because of the adaptive cruise slows down automatically when there is no reason for it. NOTHING is in front, behind, or to the sides of me. Very dangerous as it is unexpected! Just because it doesn't do it for them doesn't mean it can't be fixed.
I recently moved to Nebraska from California. In my 60 years, I’ve had numerous interaction with service departments. Casey and his coworkers are by far the most professional and cordial that I’ve ever dealt with. Maybe it’s a Nebraska thing, I don’t know. Regardless, it was much appreciated.
