My service writer Marty Upton is a true asset to the Husker Autogroup. Marty has been personally servicing my vehicle needs for years and continues to deliver the best in customer service. Marty doesn't just hand me the keys and thank me when service has been completed, he walks me to my vehicle to discuss and insure I am satisfied with the work that was performed. As a whole I really like Husker Autos service department. The staff have become people I trust and enjoy. When mistakes are made they take care of me and when breakdowns occur they work me in a timely fashion. That said,the company has instituted a 3% fee on all credit card transactions so for the first time in a long time I wrote a check. I had the seven year old battery replaced in my 2017 Silverado. I wasn't having any battery trouble yet, but thought better to replace it now than in the dead of winter stranded somewhere. The work was completed on time. Marty and the service dept crew are always a great group to work with.
