As Always Marty in customer service, kept me updated on maintenance being done and what was needed. I drive from out of town because of the customer service. Also Charles the driver takes us in a safe manner to were we want to have lunch while waiting for our call from Marty that it's done. Can't say enough good things about these two employees.Kudos
My service writer Marty Upton is a true asset to the Husker Autogroup. Marty has been personally servicing my vehicle needs for years and continues to deliver the best in customer service. Marty doesn't just hand me the keys and thank me when service has been completed, he walks me to my vehicle to discuss and insure I am satisfied with the work that was performed. The service department does not understand the point of making an appointment or they have no intention of honoring any appointment you make. I made an appointment 2 days in advance scheduled at 11:30 A.M. I arrived at 11:15 A.M. and they had no idea of the service that I needed and told me that it would be a 5 hour wait before they could start the 15 minute software update. The employee implied that I was an idiot for expecting the work to start at the appointment time and not 5 hours later. The incompetency and rudeness of... read more
Compare themselves to doctors when waiting over the time of the appointment. "You know how you have to wait in the doctors office, this is the samething". No, it isn't remotely close to the same thing. They will find any excuse or pass blame instead of taking accountability. Horrible prices on everything, for example 320$ just to install a battery, my 12year old could do that I'm minutes.... they are just a money grab from people that don't know any better. Please go somewhere else.
Great service for our Yukon. Casey was very helpful, patient and professional. Finished a day early and under the estimate. Highly recommend them.
