My service writer Marty Upton is a true asset to the Husker Autogroup. Marty has been personally servicing my vehicle needs for years and continues to deliver the best in customer service. Marty doesn't just hand me the keys and thank me when service has been completed, he walks me to my vehicle to discuss and insure I am satisfied with the work that was performed. Marty assisted me with repairing my sunroof and TPMS sensor. He provided excellent service and communicated clearly throughout the process. I will definitely return for any future service needs, knowing Marty will be there to work on my Equinox!
As Always Marty in customer service, kept me updated on maintenance being done and what was needed. I drive from out of town because of the customer service. Also Charles the driver takes us in a safe manner to were we want to have lunch while waiting for our call from Marty that it's done. Can't say enough good things about these two employees.Kudos
Compare themselves to doctors when waiting over the time of the appointment. "You know how you have to wait in the doctors office, this is the samething". No, it isn't remotely close to the same thing. They will find any excuse or pass blame instead of taking accountability. Horrible prices on everything, for example 320$ just to install a battery, my 12year old could do that I'm minutes.... they are just a money grab from people that don't know any better. Please go somewhere else.
My truck is under warranty, took it in because of the adaptive cruise slows down automatically when there is no reason for it. NOTHING is in front, behind, or to the sides of me. Very dangerous as it is unexpected! Just because it doesn't do it for them doesn't mean it can't be fixed.
