Chad was amazing. He was very professional and friendly. Explain in details his work and was very knowledgeable about Prius. I researched my hybrid battery options thoroughly for a 2006 Prius. I would suggest that everyone do the same and determine the best options for them. The options can be very expensive with few guarantees, depending on the path the owner chooses.
