Good neighborhood Staff is friendly and helpful but upset about pool closing as that was why we picked this neighborhood. And they always put notes on our doors over petty things, as if we aren't the ones paying them our last dollar every month To even be here. But otherwise nice place to live.

Very nice place! Hyde Park is a quiet community with a diverse age demographic. The buildings are well kept and the maintenance staff are so accommodating! As a young professional, it's a great place to be and very affordable. I feel safe and at home.

Hyde Park Hyde Park is in the back of a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located in the North end of Hagerstown, near I-81 and Route 11. The apartments have tons of storage space, large living rooms, a dishwasher and a gorgeous bay window. The leasing office is respectful and they have regularly scheduled maintenance and extermination in the buildings. Carpet Cannot understand why I am being charged to replace all carpets after lease ending and moving. Noisy with dogs barking, and trash overrunning from dumpster weekly. Service calls answered fairly quickly. No pool here yet it is advertised.
