Pump was loud even after changing diaphragms. Sent email to HiBlow and they confirmed that it was time to change the pump out. Sounds amazing now. Thx !!
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE PLACE A FEW CALLS AND HAVE NEVER SPOKEN TO ANYONE OTHER THAN AN OPERATOR AND HAVE LEFT VOICEMAILS ABSOLUTLEY NO PRODUCT SUPPORT UPDATE I SPOKE WITH A GUY THIS MORNING AND HE GOT ME EVERYTHING I NEEDED AND APOLOGIZED FOR NOT GETTING MY PHONE CALL BASED OFF THE COMPANYS RESPONSE I WILL BE DOING BUSSINESS WITH THEM
Called three times to get questions answer and no one called me back. Need to get service on my tank and I'm at a loss on how to proceed.
