Poorly designed system - Impossible to get serviced. We have been left high and dry by the company they says coordinates all their service for Ohio. We have had nothing but trouble with this system. And the customer service when I contacted this manufacterer to try to find someone, anyone else to service us - so so poor. Promised calls back, but no one did.
