This was a stop over for us as we were passing through the area. The people at the front desk are super nice; however, I CANNOT recommend staying here. We were placed in the new section of the park. The sites are gravel but between sites is undeveloped and rutted soft silt with little grass. It rained most of the night when we were here. The next morning anything that didn't have gravel was soft mud. By the time I got done putting away the hose, sewer, and electric I was covered in mud up to the tops of my feet, all over my ... read more

Not far from the highway and east to get to. We arrived later in the day so they called us and told us to call as we got off the interstate. Then he met us at the entrance, welcomed us and pointed us right to our spot. Great customer service. Our rig is 34 feet and we tow a full size pickup so the spot where we were was barely long enough but we fit. And with the concrete lanes for your tires you are level and stable. Our site had a nice picnic table too and a paved area for it. We only spent one night so we didn’t check ou... read more

Very overpriced for what you get! There are actually 2 different areas of this park, old and new. All roads are gravel. We were in the old part, as I wasn't paying $70 for an overnight stay, and it has very close sites, not level, and gravel pad or dirt. In fact, we moved from one site to another to try to get level as we weren't unhooking. The new part has some cement for wheels, seem to be level from my viewing, but still very close. This park has lots of permanent people in it, who are still of the working class. Some RVs... read more

Stopped by after KC baseball game as we were heading back to Arkansas. Reservation process was simple. Picking an available spot while online was easy. Arrived around 10 PM. RV park was very quiet. Checkin documents were ready but I found the spot, parked, hooked up and went to bed. Woke up early and headed home. Even with close proximity to I-49, there was no noise. Since I did not pick up the reservation packet when we arrived, I received a call later the morning we left. He was making sure we had been there and e... read more

I will not stay at this park again. The attendant tried to put me in a mud field. I rejected the site.l, so she let me stay on a concrete pad. Unfortunately the sites have several issues. The connections on the pull through sites are located even with the towing vehicles back door. I couldn't reach the sewer connections. The cement pads are really just two tracks so the leveling pads are not on the cement. The roads in the park are gravel with a bunch of potholes.
