The Nampa Branch 215 3rd Avenue South Nampa, ID 83651 Branch both my wife (Asian) and I (a Vietnam Veteran) went to this branch today to get a paper notarized and faxed. We had this done each year for the past 4 years without an issue. This time the lady at the counter said we notarize but dont fax. Something new???????????? This credit union is allowing me to be scammed. I purchased supplements awhile ago. The company put me on a subscription without me know it. I received more supplements and sent them back. They received them and did't refund my money. I've contacted the credit union several times and all I get is excuses. I think they are scamming me as much as the folks I got the supplements from. I will soon change banks and never want to hear from them again. Connie

This bank has ATM issues in both ATMs at least four to five times a month and when you bring it to their attention they don't care and never fix them. I'm moving my business to across the street because my time is valuable and this branch does not respect my time or yours

When did they stop teaching cash handling and cash etiquette? Got another small bill order and cash is all different directions. Used to be common courtesy, but now it's bare minimum effort.

Costumer service was acceptable when I was in the store but they don't contact you about banking once you leave. 1/5 stars for no follow through.

I was scammed during the pandemic and long story short it affected me greatly. Then Idaho Central Credit Union decided it was appropriate to withhold the money that the President sent me to help me through these times. A man by the name of Bridger in their fraud department, though I was informed by a specialist in their organization just yesterday that they would not withhold the stimulus money because they recognize how important it is, said he was going to override that and not give it to me. Idaho Central Credit Union is absolutely the worst credit union ever. Even after 7 years since my short sale they refused to allow my recently widowed mother to put me on her account because they supposedly took a loss on my house in 2012. Total BS. DISGUSTING! Now my grieving mother is forced to move her accounts to another bank so I can be put on her accounts in case something, God forbid, would happen to her.

I have visited this location multiple times, as it is closest to my house and I've needed to deposit cash/check and had the machine be down almost every time I drive up. I love Idaho centra credit union they are awesome but this location is down so often it's not convenient at all.
