BEST credit union by far! I have banked at many banks & ICCU has been the best banking experience i have ever had. Not only are the people that work in the bank the nicest, most accommodating people, they understand when someone is having a finanially hard time. I had never overdrawn my acct or bounced a check but about 3 months ago I overdrew (sp) my acct & couldn't afford the fees. I walked in the bank in tears & not only were they very understanding they reversed the fees for me. I recommend ICCU to everyone I know!
The more racist and useless employees of all time. If i could leave negative stars i would. Everyone should be fired for being so useless.
They make their money by charging you for everything. I have been with ICCU for 6 years and have seen them go from a great company that cared about their clients to a company that is just wanting to make money. They charge you for everything. I have had an item bounce because they charged me for moving my money around my accounts. Why would you charge someone for moving money around in an account when it is all done electronically with no human interaction. This bank is disgusting the way they treat their clients is horrible. I haven't met one nice women that works here. Fire them all and start over including the manager. Anyone who thinks the behavior at this location is acceptable has no idea what customer service is. Screaming at me because I'm in the drive through trying to deposit too much money.
I would give negative stars if possible. Jennifer at the one in Nampa off Greenhurst changed my account number by accident and refuses to take it off my credit report (which went down by 30 points because of this because it shows I closed my account when I didn't consent to this!!!!!!!!!). Then she kept trying to get me to update my name from my maiden name but then tried to charge me with a $13 fee for doing so without telling me, good thing I read the fine print. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!
