We originally got a home mortgage from ICCU when we moved to Idaho Falls. They did require us to join ICCU by opening a checking and savings account, but it has been a good relationship. We also opened a "high interest" savings account where we deposit our mortgage payments, and ICCU withdraws at the right time. As for this branch, which was near our home, we don't use it much (so much is electronic these days), but when we do go here, everyone is friendly, courteous, and extremely willing to help. This location of Idaho Central Credit Union is great. They have individuals that work hard to personalize your visits and, in my case, work with financing and loans. They talk in terms easy to understand, and knowledge needed to learn. They work well under pressure, and make sure that their customers receive top notch quality service.

Avoid This Branch (Ask for Anyone but Danielle) I've had my fair share of bad bank runs, but my experience at the Broadway branch was on another level of unprofessionalism. If you're heading there, do yourself a favor and turn around if Danielle Smith is the one "helping" you. I am normally a person who gives people the benefit of the doubt and I try to be understanding and patient, especially during covid but I am really disappointed in the customer service received over the past month while trying to finalize a loan.
