I accidentally left my cash app card in their atm and apparently their policy is to immediately shred cards that aren't with their establishment so they shredded my card not half an hour after I left it there.
I was excited when I heard ICCU was coming to Fruitland, was hoping it would be a small town friendly bank. However it’s been everything but that. You don’t get to talk to a real loan officer when you come into the branch instead you’re taken into an office where you meet an officer over a glitchey zoom call on an iPad, staff there does not have the greatest customer service and their app is a headache. I could not disagree more with the previous review. I have banked with ICCU for years and shout from the rooftop about how awesome my experiences have always been. I have NEVER encountered an issue with the website or app or with depositing checks (I probably utilize the app's mobile deposit 6x/month). To top it off, you will not find a friendlier or more helpful team than ICCU's, particularly in Fruitland. Please continue to be the best around!
