So I went in today 2 /12/26 and they were relatively busy and I had a decent size headache. But Talon, sorry if I spelt there name wrong, came out from behind the counter took me to his cubicle and got me in and out of there so fast. The people are very friendly I’ll give them that but not small business friendly. We have had them for 3 months and it’s been problem after problem. They charge for everything! (Example: withdrawals over $1k had to be a check, never received the check and charged us for a stop payment) This is the first credit union that makes me actually like banks.

I am honestly confused why it took 12 minutes to withdraw $80 out of my account in the drive up when I was the ONLY car in there. She had to “verify” my account 3 ways and kept going off the screen to “finish up”. Truly unacceptable!
Had to get new cards, went fast, and the teller was very nice.
