The people are very friendly I’ll give them that but not small business friendly. We have had them for 3 months and it’s been problem after problem. They charge for everything! (Example: withdrawals over $1k had to be a check, never received the check and charged us for a stop payment) This is the first credit union that makes me actually like banks.

I am honestly confused why it took 12 minutes to withdraw $80 out of my account in the drive up when I was the ONLY car in there. She had to “verify” my account 3 ways and kept going off the screen to “finish up”. Truly unacceptable!

Does anyone here know how to do a balance transfer? Should be a 5 min task (my other 4 institutions can do this). But you guys tried to do a cash advance, wanted to slap me with extra fees, which BTW my account is less than a month old and my account has 6 mo of 0% cash advance AND 0% balance transfer fees. Why make this more difficult than your competitors?
