We LOVE ICCU. Wouldn't bank anywhere else. Incredible staff. Whatever your financial needs are, they can help. I needed small positive reporting for my Beacon to qualify for a the beat interest rate and talked to one of their many financial advisors. Walked out with exactly what we needed. 45 days later I closed on our house!
I have been banking with them for years. Asked to have PMI removed because I reached below 78% sooner than the 5 years. They charged me $190 and an appraisal where people want to take picture of the inside of my house. Three people told me it would automatically be removed once it reach the loan to original value. Opening up an account with ICCU has been one of the best decisions I've made as of late. Bri and Dakota were both awesome and super helpful. There are so many benefits available that I had no idea about when I came in to open the account. I'm going to be recommending you guys to everyone I know. In ICCU we always had problems, but today Justin brought me to the boiling point when he started to tell me in a raised voice that "their bank doesn't accept checks like mine" Although guys in another branch 2 weeks ago accepted this check from me. To which our handsome Justin said, "Actually, this check was written out in someone else's name, and if you want, you can go to another bank and withdraw money there." Which is what we actually did.
