Opening up an account with ICCU has been one of the best decisions I've made as of late. Bri and Dakota were both awesome and super helpful. There are so many benefits available that I had no idea about when I came in to open the account. I'm going to be recommending you guys to everyone I know. In ICCU we always had problems, but today Justin brought me to the boiling point when he started to tell me in a raised voice that "their bank doesn't accept checks like mine" Although guys in another branch 2 weeks ago accepted this check from me. To which our handsome Justin said, "Actually, this check was written out in someone else's name, and if you want, you can go to another bank and withdraw money there." Which is what we actually did. Wow! We received excellent customer service from Dakota and Tyrell while helping our son get his first car loan. They were patient and explained everything. They made us feel really comfortable through the whole process! Thank you ICCU!
