Went in the other day to talk to the manager Tyson green. He answered all my questions and concerns he’s a really great guy. I wish they had more employees like him!
The tellers are horrible every time I come. I put my member number and loan number on my check they still say they can not find me. Then today I made the mistake of sending the bin up the tube without my check. I pushed the call button to inform the teller I messed up and she snapped at me about helping someone else. Okay understand but I’m currently outside of the building only person in line and I wouldn’t have a clue. But again was just trying to fix my mistake. Closing my account with this bank.
Came though at 5:30pm to deposit a $100 bill. The machine took the bill and told us it couldn’t deposit big transactions. Gave us our card and didn’t open back up. Went straight in the bank to be told by Vicky basically “oh well best of luck to you”. We will check tonight when we count our machines but if it’s not in there the people behind you probably took it. Was depositing cash at the drive thru when the teller wouldn't let me deposit $250 without my d.o.b. I talked to the manager he explained that he couldn't see me on his screen and it was an iccu policy. It's the only branch in Idaho that does this. When I asked him to close my acct he said he could happily close it without even asking me for more info. Incompetent employees work here. Hopefully upper management takes notice and has these people replaced asap.
Great experience. Had the privilege of meeting the manager, Tyson Green. Awesome guy, very friendly and very helpful.
