I opened a non-business account with ICCU to purchase some long term CD's which had decent rates, but after I opened the account and discussed other products they offered , i discovered that their customer service dept, lacked the ability to give me a straight answer on almost all of my concerns and questions. Basing my experience I have had with the Boeing credit union for 47 years, I see where ICCU is trying to expand their market without proper training of their personnel.
