Yareli was great! Very helpful and personable, helped me get all my loan stuff figured out, and answered all my questions. Only thing I missed is a business card so I can reccomend her to others :)

I went there to get a certified check and they tried to charge a 4 dollar fee to print the check. That is absurd! No manager was available to discuss the issue so the loan officer came over and told me I would need to come back in two/three hours to talk to a manger. Long lines and poor customer service, and ridiculous fees. I won’t be going back.

The lines here are very long. I've stopped by this location a few times and it has to be the slowest ICCU I've been to or maybe it's their busiest location in the entire Treasure Valley... if not, then more training is required or something.

I've been a member for almost 10 years. Customer service has declined. The bank app has also declined. Not the same bank it once was. I do not recommend if you are looking for the small bank vibe it once use to have.

A year later and this bank is still a joke!! Only reason i had banking with you is because my dad. Well he passed Jan. Can't wait to close all my accounts and cancel my credit card. This place is horrible you have a joint account for what if they don't give you your husband card even though the machine ate his card tell us to pick it up even though i am the one who used it but has to be him you take our money no problem but won't let us get our card.
