I understand this banks in Caldwell ID so already it has everything going against it. Would be nice to put a courtesy note on the non working ATMS! Extremely tight and weird parking lot
Bri was so helpful and took care of everything I needed. She took out some of the stress in a stressful situation. I've always had a good experience at this location and will dive past the one by Maverick closer to my house to come to this location because the people here are more helpful and knowledgeable.
Went thru drive thru the lady was super rude about not doing a money order thru drive thru they should at least post a sign stating they can't do money orders thru drive. after people wait 30 min in line.

Yareli was great! Very helpful and personable, helped me get all my loan stuff figured out, and answered all my questions. Only thing I missed is a business card so I can reccomend her to others :)
