Bri was so helpful and took care of everything I needed. She took out some of the stress in a stressful situation. I've always had a good experience at this location and will dive past the one by Maverick closer to my house to come to this location because the people here are more helpful and knowledgeable.
Yareli was great! Very helpful and personable, helped me get all my loan stuff figured out, and answered all my questions. Only thing I missed is a business card so I can reccomend her to others :)
Went thru drive thru the lady was super rude about not doing a money order thru drive thru they should at least post a sign stating they can't do money orders thru drive. after people wait 30 min in line.
I'm so mad you lock me out of my account for no reason then I'm expected to wait 20 minutes to talk to someone & that's 2 days in a row trying to call not helpful
The lines here are very long. I've stopped by this location a few times and it has to be the slowest ICCU I've been to or maybe it's their busiest location in the entire Treasure Valley... if not, then more training is required or something.
