They canceled the camp I had prepaid for less than a week before it was scheduled to begin and refused to issue a full refund, withholding a $50 "transaction fee." Insisted that I transfer the registration to one of their other camps, which weren't similar to what I had signed up for in terms of topics or age groups. The staff was very short-tempered in their communication with me, which is unusual for professionals working with kids.
