Just had ICS come out to tackle some plumbing issues, and honestly, they were fantastic! From the first call, everyone was super chill and friendly. They showed up right on time, checked everything out. The plumber was super knowledgeable and broke down what was going on in a way that made sense. My water heater was not operating correctly, had multiple companies come out and told me that the water heater was working fine and then quit the next day. Family friend recommended ICS and they came out the same day. Bill knew right away what the problem was and resolved it the same day. Very friendly and honest person he was. Definitely recommended them to all my close friends and family.
