Some of the other ICCU locations seem to not be as highly reviewed. Thankfully, for me, the Star Branch is, well, a star. My wife and I just moved to Star. I came in today to become a new member. I have belonged to credit unions for over 30 years and have always appreciated the service they provide. ICCU is about a half mile from my home, very convenient for me. The manager at the Star, ID branch is amazing! He called me to discuss a problem I was having and I feel he is the epitome of customer service!
If you like paying money for cashier's checks or print a sheet of checks, then you would probably give this a 5 star. ICCU used to be the home-town friendly fee-less bank, now it feels like US Bank, BofA, or Chase. btw, i asked if the fee could be waived, and then they told me why it cost money. im not sure the manager understands how they make money, but it's by me storing my money there, so actually you make more than any fee you could charge me by storing my money. Shitty banks steals money from you if you move your money more than 6 times in a month online banking is horrible
I've always had great customer service here, and they are knowledgeable and quick to take care of me.
