Some of the other ICCU locations seem to not be as highly reviewed. Thankfully, for me, the Star Branch is, well, a star. My wife and I just moved to Star. I came in today to become a new member. I have belonged to credit unions for over 30 years and have always appreciated the service they provide. ICCU is about a half mile from my home, very convenient for me. This bank has always been great for us. We did a constsruction loan through them and very efficient, return calls and emails and no issues. Probably the easiest loan we have ever done. Also appreciate that they have enough tellers to wait on you and you do not have to wait for ever. I would highly recommend this Bank and would say it is probably the best we have ever used .

Is a 7 day hold really necessary on a check? Geez! I have direct deposit of my retirement pension and have flawless credit. I made a much needed deposit of a settlement check from an insurance company. Still waiting for access to my funds.
I was scammed during the pandemic and long story short it affected me greatly. Then Idaho Central Credit Union decided it was appropriate to withhold the money that the President sent me to help me through these times. A man by the name of Bridger in their fraud department, though I was informed by a specialist in their organization just yesterday that they would not withhold the stimulus money because they recognize how important it is, said he was going to override that and not give it to me.
