I am honestly confused why it took 12 minutes to withdraw $80 out of my account in the drive up when I was the ONLY car in there. She had to “verify” my account 3 ways and kept going off the screen to “finish up”. Truly unacceptable!
Went to this bank earlier and I was assisted by Nathan. He was so helpful and efficient, I was in and out in minutes.
Ridiculously incompetent bunch of individuals. Wasted tons of my time just trying to get a working debit card printed. They hold funds for way longer than they should. So upset with these aweful people! Don't trust these people with your money.
Just went for drive up ATM. It was quick and easy.
