The people are very friendly I’ll give them that but not small business friendly. We have had them for 3 months and it’s been problem after problem. They charge for everything! (Example: withdrawals over $1k had to be a check, never received the check and charged us for a stop payment) This is the first credit union that makes me actually like banks.

I am honestly confused why it took 12 minutes to withdraw $80 out of my account in the drive up when I was the ONLY car in there. She had to “verify” my account 3 ways and kept going off the screen to “finish up”. Truly unacceptable!

ICCU used to be so much better, but now it's just a money grab. Charging an additional fee on top of any charged by the ATM is just greed. No other bank we use does this, so it's time to switch our accounts over.
