This park was one of the best places we stopped after a very long RV trip. We chose it as a rest stop on our way home, but we ended up extending our stay. The location is perfect, backing into a long walk/bike trail that goes along the Snake River leading to a shopping area with nice shops and restaurants. The resort itself is truly luxury, very well maintained, clean, nice dog area and the park is gated and secure at night. It’s always tricky to call these parks Luxury or Resorts without a pool. I personally don’t care and would rather have pickle ball courts as they do. It is in town but we liked that being so close to everything. Train didn’t bother us much either. It is very nice gated and safe. Sites were big and spaced, mostly level. Very nice RV park. Well manicured, helpful and polite staff. Sites are roomy. Connected to the river trail that leads to downtown. The shower and laundry rooms were adequate. Highly recommend. Great location to downtown and surrounding areas. A train track runs about 1/4 of a mile from park, however, we never heard trains at night.
Inside, this park is modern, clean, gated and well maintained. The spots are comfortably wide. Easy access to greenbelt is a plus. 👍 However, the noise level from outside the park was a little too much for me. Train whistle very close and near constant loudly accelerating trucks. Didn't sleep well here. 👎
Very nice RV park—I would stay here again! We usually don’t in parks that are in town—but this was very pleasant. Right on the Snake River —-we were able to kayak from a launch very close by. The staff was also very accommodating! The farmers market in Idaho Springs was really nice with good produce, delicious sourdough bread and very friendly vendors!!♥️
