I was pretty shocked by both of my visits with this provider. I’ve seen many physicians and psychiatrists over the years, and I’ve never been spoken to this way. During my first visit, the appointment lasted around 20 minutes, and I felt very little time was spent gathering my history before medication was prescribed. My first appointment was on zoom and she treated me like I was a burden to her day. She was dismissive and she was annoyed that I was a patient of hers. My second appointment was on zoom and it didn't go through. I spent 30 minutes trying to connect to her. I had to reschedule a 3rd appointment and I scheduled it in person. I got an email saying it would be on zoom, I called to make it in person and I was no, it will be online and once again it was canceled on her end and I had to pay. I am fed up with this crap!!!!!

I’m not impressed with the quality of professionalism I received. The night before I received a call stating my first new inpatient appointment was now virtual. After 20 min of the call I was prescribed medication. It seemed as if the doctor didn’t read any of my forms I filled out prior to the appointment. I’m questioning the quality of the entire call.
