I’m not impressed with the quality of professionalism I received. The night before I received a call stating my first new inpatient appointment was now virtual. After 20 min of the call I was prescribed medication. It seemed as if the doctor didn’t read any of my forms I filled out prior to the appointment. I’m questioning the quality of the entire call.

My first appointment was on zoom and she treated me like I was a burden to her day. She was dismissive and she was annoyed that I was a patient of hers. My second appointment was on zoom and it didn't go through. I spent 30 minutes trying to connect to her. I had to reschedule a 3rd appointment and I scheduled it in person. I got an email saying it would be on zoom, I called to make it in person and I was no, it will be online and once again it was canceled on her end and I had to pay. I am fed up with this crap!!!!!
