Gave me a detailed treatment plan with 11 cavities which 6 teeth were 3 surfaces. Cost to me just under $600. When I called my insurance they said that his contract states that my cost should be $0. After getting a second opinion all that my daughter needed was a one surface filling on one tooth and sealants. He got really nervous when he saw me in uniform from where I am in the dental field and when I asked him to show me the problems in my daughters mouth.
