I found Dr. Moten to be acutely aware of how the procedure of nerve ablation in the knees works. It explained it in terms we understood. He informed us of the risks involved. He was engaging, empathetic and supportive. I felt very comfortable with him on the first visit. His staff is also very professional and helpful.
I must admit, when contacting this office on Tuesday, I was in so much pain I was contemplating going to the ER. They understood my pain and did everything to get me in to see a doctor that day. When arrive the office staff couldn’t be friendlier or helpful. I was able to see the doctor. I explain that I was going out of the county the next week. Dr Hagel has been my doctor for 7 plus years is very professional has great bedside manner and listens and keeps me pain-free. I highly recommend him. For spinal issues or any other extremities. He'll have options. And will explain everything thoroughly
