I found Dr. Moten to be acutely aware of how the procedure of nerve ablation in the knees works. It explained it in terms we understood. He informed us of the risks involved. He was engaging, empathetic and supportive. I felt very comfortable with him on the first visit. His staff is also very professional and helpful.
I must admit, when contacting this office on Tuesday, I was in so much pain I was contemplating going to the ER. They understood my pain and did everything to get me in to see a doctor that day. When arrive the office staff couldn’t be friendlier or helpful. I was able to see the doctor. I explain that I was going out of the county the next week. Dr. Todd Hagle is the best pain doctor I have ever had. I have been with him for many years. He is very concerned and cares about each and every patient. You're a person not just a number. His staff is very friendly and courteous..
Dr Hagle is an excellent doctor in a field of many that just don’t get it, don’t care, or simply provide terrible care. However, you should be prepared to wait sometimes. That’s an office scheduling issue — not Dr Hagle’s fault. The upside of that is that Dr Hagle actually gives patients the time they need to discuss their problems and ask all the questions they have.
