Dr. Emily Shepherd was easy to talk to and explained my test results in detail. I did not feel rushed, and they answered all my questions. Everyone in her office is very professional and appreciative of the kindness. Looking forward to my follow-up visit in 6 months. E. Perez
It was an excellent visit with Dr. Shepperd and her staff. Her assistant was very thorough during his eye examination followed by Dr. Sheppard. They answered all my concerns and asked if I had any additional questions before I was done.

I spoke for a few minutes to Dr. Shepherd, and she explained the results of my screening and answered all my questions. She was down to earth. Most of my interaction was with Dr. Paul de Bustros, who is a Fellow, and also very pleasant to deal with, answered all my questions clearly, and performed even the unpleasant aspects of the screening carefully and as quickly as possible. All of the staff was very present with me.
The staff is always friendly with special attention to detail. Dr. Sheppard did a great job with my eye surgery. I’m back to normal!! Thank you Dr. Sheppard!
