Excellent doctor and staff. Very happy with the results. My retina was detached and torn in 2 places. Dr. Feng explained the procedure thoroughly and completely. Surgery couldn’t have gone any better. I felt like I was in good hands from start to finish. Highly recommended.
Highly professional and detail orientated! Dr. Feng has excellent bedside manners and he is certainly an experienced, compassionate surgeon who knows his craft extremely well. I am grateful to have been referred to his office and I am confident my vision will make a full recovery thanks to Dr. Feng and his staff at Illinois Retina Associates.
Front desk check in was rude. While on a call slaming hand on desk, takung phone aesy from ear and looking at it not listening to person. She also stated "Im so tired of this place." Very poor customer service
All the personnel at the Retina office were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Feng and his associates for excellent care.
Dr. Feng is a wonderful doctor. Quick, clear, efficient, friendly and extremely competent.
