We would absolutely recommend Dr Feng and his Joliet staff. They are wonderful and caring group. While my progress has been slow due to my own healing they continue to be patient and kind as we walk this journey together. Love them.
Dr Feng is knowledgeable, kind and personable. He genuinely cares about his patients eye health. My mother is 91 and sees Dr Feng yearly to keep an eye on her macular degeneration and retinas. I highly recommend Dr Feng for all retina issues.
Dr.Feng and his staff are all wonderful. Very thorough and caring. Fully explains everything. I would definitely recommend.
I have to go to the office every six months for an exam. Every time I have gone the experience is always the same. Excellent . The receptionist staff is welcoming and efficient. The nurse who does the preliminary exam is friendly and knowledgeable. The technicians who do the scans and pictures are excellent and very knowledgeable in how to use the technology. Office is very nice. Staff is very polite and helpful. Only about a 10 minute wait. Dr. Feng was very thorough and explained everything to my husband. He took his time as well. We didn’t feel rushed, even though the office was full of people waiting to see the doctor(s).
