We would absolutely recommend Dr Feng and his Joliet staff. They are wonderful and caring group. While my progress has been slow due to my own healing they continue to be patient and kind as we walk this journey together. Love them.
His mannerisms are WONDERFUL! I was terrified of the possibility of losing his my sight and the thought of getting an injection in my eye. He assured me he would do everything he could to prevent me from losing my sight and that he would make getting the injection as painless as possible. He talks me through each injection, he is very patient with me during my moments of anxiety. I have told everyone who will listen about him. He is simply the best.
I recently moved to the area and because of a retina detachment earlier this year it was important for me to find a new doctor. I am very thankful that I found Dr. Feng. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. I recently had a cataract surgery and I am scheduled to have my other cataract removed. I wanted to ensure that there were currently no retina issues. I have to go to the office every six months for an exam. Every time I have gone the experience is always the same. Excellent . The receptionist staff is welcoming and efficient. The nurse who does the preliminary exam is friendly and knowledgeable. The technicians who do the scans and pictures are excellent and very knowledgeable in how to use the technology. Office is very nice. Staff is very polite and helpful. Only about a 10 minute wait. Dr. Feng was very thorough and explained everything to my husband. He took his time as well. We didn’t feel rushed, even though the office was full of people waiting to see the doctor(s).
