I've had good experiences with this location. Each time. This last visit, they were able to accommodate me despite a rougher schedule on my part. Dr. Feng has been very informative and direct each time, something i value when in a consult!
The doctor was extremely good. He explained things very nicely and was thorough. Though the first lady, I was to make contact with for my first testing situation acted like I was a bother or at least that was the feeling I had. Office was nice. This is not a reflection of the office, but I wish I’d get rid of the TVs in the offices of doctors or wherever they have a waiting situation.
Great Experience! Needed a last minute emergency appointment to repair a retina tear. Everyone was very professional and Dr. Feng explained everything very well. The laser repair was accomplished in the office and I walked out good as new (almost)! Thanks to the team at Illinois Retina Associates for your attention to detail.
The care and treatment for my wet MD has been pretty successful. They always make sure I'm comfortable. And keep me well informed of my progress. Thank you all. Especially Dr Feng
Really appreciate doctor's bedside presentation!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND HIM!! He is Very personal, patient & professional! Most appreciative of his desire to PERFORM eye surgery as the last resort instead of the first option.
