Went in for a routine eye exam and was impressed by the timeliness of the office in general. Everyone I met with, from the technician, nurse, and doctor were professional, courteous, caring, and on time. The office runs like a well oiled machine. My exam was thorough and Dr.Cohen spent a reasonable amount of time with me. He was descriptive during the eye exam and put my mind at ease by explaining as he was conducting the exam. He has a great demeanor. I recommend Dr.Cohen and Illinois Retina Associates
I have always received top-notch service from Dr. Cohen and his staff. Dr. Cohen is a very knowledgeable Specialist who focuses on evaluating and treating conditions of the retina of the eye. He is always pleasant and answers my questions. I especially appreciate the fact that Dr. . Cohen takes the time to address everything that needs to be discussed. His staff members are also friendly and knowledgeable. I have been going there for years and wouldn''t go anywhere else.
Dr. Cohen is the best eye surgeon, I’ve ever had!! He is Great!! I couldn’t have had any better care!! I had a cataract lens come out of place, and a torn retina. His surgery was a complete success!! I couldn’t be happier!! He has a wonderful bed side manner. I love the man, for what he did for me.
Dr. Cohen is the absolute BEST! Unbelievably experienced, reassuring and kind. Takes the time to explain issues, problems and possible solutions. Always recommends conservative treatment first with no pressure. Amazing bedside manner, compassion and follow up. He called frequently to check on me post surgery and always responds quickly to calls and questions. He also knows exactly how to handle my anxiety and make me feel better and well cared for. A++++++
While scheduling my next annual checkup, I had commented to the lady at the front desk that this is my favorite doctor’s appointment to come to because everyone is so nice. Dr. Cohen is excellent and really takes time with his patients and explains things. I am six years past a bad diabetic eye bleed and he fixed everything so well that my eyes have been perfect for years now. Thank you!
