Dr. Cohen is the absolute BEST! Unbelievably experienced, reassuring and kind. Takes the time to explain issues, problems and possible solutions. Always recommends conservative treatment first with no pressure. Amazing bedside manner, compassion and follow up. He called frequently to check on me post surgery and always responds quickly to calls and questions. He also knows exactly how to handle my anxiety and make me feel better and well cared for. A++++++
Great place and Dr. Jack Cohen is very good. I've been under his care for over 5 years. If not him, I would probably be blind my now. When I started having a problem with my eyes, I panicked. My friend referred me to Dr. Cohen and I got the visit right away. He was able to explain me what's happening, provide the plan for future and especially helped me to calm down and show me the hope that I might get better soon. Dr. Cohen is an excellent clinician. He is an excellent communicator. Dr. Cohen’s staff are excellent at their jobs, both in standard eye examination and eye imaging. The front desk staff are very helpful.
Where do I start… Im biased because this man restored my sight back perfect after a couple significant retina tears due to a detached retina after cataract surgery ! He rushed me in to have same day surgery and made me feel 100% at ease from the beginning to the end. The follow ups and scheduled follow ups are fantastic from the staff all the way to when we see Dr Cohen who is just an enormous ball of energy and enthusiasm! Dr. Cohen is a great Dr. He explaines everything to you so you know what's going on. The way the office is ran is very efficient to keep you moving until it's time to see the Dr(sign in, any tests needed for the Dr to see). I actually drive a bit to see Dr. Cohen and it's worth it!
