I had an excellent experience with Dr. Cohen. The office was efficient, and Dr. Cohen was not only extremely knowledgeable but also had a fantastic bedside manner. They were able to accommodate me quickly for an urgent issue, and everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful. As a physician myself, I have high standards when it comes to seeing specialists. I have had ongoing issues with my eye since 2011, which have included a detached retina, a vitrectomy, a second retina surgery to fix a .23 caliber hole in my eye, cataract surgery, 8 months of agony when my replacement lens was out of place causing hemorrhaging in my eye, which led to a second cataract surgery where the lens could not be replaced in the traditional fashion. I am ever grateful for having Dr. Cohen as my doctor. He is the best. The office is very professional. They move you through quickly. He tells you everything that’s going on when I had to have shots in my eyes. I never felt a thing I’ve been going for now at least 10 years And I am so thankful if I could give him six stars I would.
They all seem incredibly professional, and I came away feeling confident that I had received the best possible care and advice. They are incredibly busy - every time I have visited - but they still provide excellent service and answer all questions. Dr Cohen is fantastic - if you need a retina expert I highly recommend using him.
Fast, efficient staff and quality doctor! Have to come every year and this practice does it right! Minimal waiting ( have to let eyes dilate though) and everyone knows their job and does it well. Glad I come here. Dr Cohen explains what is going on and makes you feel comfortable even if the situation could be scary.
