I will say, when I first called for an appointment, I spoke to someone who was so unhelpful and off putting. I was very disturbed by this interaction. I called my sister who had recommended Dr. Pollack and explained my experience. She was so surprised. She said, call back; she thought it was likely a call center interaction. It was. After contacting the office with a significant concern at 9 a.m., I was immediately given an appointment on the same day. I was in and out of the office by noon and was treated with great care by Dr. Civantos and the staff. I left with a clear understanding of my issue as well as a follow-up appointment.
Dr. Civantos is an excellent retina doctor. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. He is a very kind and friendly doctor. His staff was also very nice and professional.. I highly recommend him!
Dr. Civantos was amazing, and the staff truly amazon. They showed me just how a patient should be treated.
Very nice place, friendly staffs, place was clean and organized. The doctor explained very clearly, nurse were great too.
