The office is great ! Staff is very polite from the time you get there all the way to the checkout process. And Dr Civantos is absolutely wonderful! I feel I am in the best hands under his care. Highly skilled and personable as well !
I’ve been coming to Illinois Retina Associates for about six months now, and I can honestly say this has been one of the best referrals I’ve ever received. From the wonderful staff to Dr. Civantos, I have never been treated so well. They truly take their time with you, go over everything in detail, and thoroughly explain each step, which is almost unheard of in this day and age. Illinois Retina Associates is a very busy office but it's run very efficiently and everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Civantos is very thorough and takes the time to explain everything. My husband is always treated with respect by Dr. Civantos and his staff.
