A short wait time and wonderful staff makes my appointments easy and comfortable. Dr. Civantos is always ready to answer my concerns which makes my visit easier. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to patient care.
Generally a very positive experience. Dr. Civantos explained my condition (retina tear) and I was pleased with the outcome of the treatment. The only minor complaint was that on my first visit (mid-afternoon), my husband was in the main waiting area while I was still being treated, and when it was 4:30pm, the reception staff turned off the lights and left, leaving my husband wondering what was going on!
I have been with Dr. Pollack and Dr. Cervantes for almost 30 years now. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. The docs are Awesome 👌 👏 and listen to what we patient's say and do everything in their power to make sure our needs are met. Thanks to all for such great care.
Every one here, from the staff at check in/out, to the attending staff in the rooms are very welcoming and helpful. Dr Joe is super nice, upbeat and takes the time to talk, listen and explain everything. Strongly recommend him to anyone who needs help with their eye health.
I had my first visit with Dr Civantos. I am happy he will be my new Doctor at Illinois Retina. He was friendly, kind and thorough with the visit. The staff were welcoming and friendly.
