From the check-in to the check-out process all was a wonderful experience. All staff were very helpful and accommodating! I'm very happy with all customer service reps, and also very happy with my eye care by Dr. Civantos. He is an excellent doctor. THANK YOU!
They are like a well oiled machine. Was there first time and the system they have in place gets you where to go for this then shows you where next testing room to go to. All the staff are polite and professional. There are no words to describe Dr. Civantos. He’s the best! Informative, interacts and explains what is going on with your eyes and what to keep track of , and what to look for going forward. I’m comfortable having him taking care of my vision.

Generally a very positive experience. Dr. Civantos explained my condition (retina tear) and I was pleased with the outcome of the treatment. The only minor complaint was that on my first visit (mid-afternoon), my husband was in the main waiting area while I was still being treated, and when it was 4:30pm, the reception staff turned off the lights and left, leaving my husband wondering what was going on!
