Extremely thoughtful, kind, thorough, and efficient. I have been seeing ophthalmologists once or twice a year for most of my life, so I can say with honesty and sincerity that Dr. MacCumber is someone I truly appreciate, value, and respect. Dr. Macumber is terrific. Very detail oriented and professional and his staff are the same. He always has time for my questions and provides thoughtful feedback/suggestions. He sends prompt reports to my other physicians, which is helpful. I have referred friends to him. There is often a long wait in the office, but not today.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. MacCumber and the entire staff. When I experienced an urgent retinal issue, they went above and beyond to fit me into their schedule on very short notice. Punctual. Staff are friendly, professional, and informative. Dr. MacCumber is always pleasant and encouraging, very upfront and to the point. I have been seen/ treated by IR A for a nuber of years and have no complaints whatsoever.
I always have an excellent experience with Dr. MacCumber. He has been following my prior retinal tears with great care and attention, and I truly appreciate his thoroughness and professionalism.
