The most well run office I have ever been in. Competent and friendly staff and the best doctor in Dr. Ramon Lee. He is incredibly knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. Spends the time to answer any questions that you have. Wish I could give him 10 stars!
Great experience with Dr Ramon Lee at Illinois Retina Associates in Orland Park. Very knowledgeable in retina/eye care. Performs an extensive exam on your eyes and answers any questions in regards to your eyes. Highly recommended!
The front desk staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. My experience with the staff performing pre-doctor tests were wonderful. Dr Lee was very professional and explained what he was doing during the exam and went into thorough detail about his findings. Would recommend highly!
Appointment times are accurate - no needlessly long waits. The staff makes you feel welcome as they move you through the process. Very upbeat. This office inspires confidence.
