The front desk staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. My experience with the staff performing pre-doctor tests were wonderful. Dr Lee was very professional and explained what he was doing during the exam and went into thorough detail about his findings. Would recommend highly!
My experience was really good. Dr Lee, Christina and the entire staff was wonderful. They were all professional. Kind,, friendly. Illinois Retina Associates is a very professional office. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Obviously I was very nervous, but Dr. Lee was very kind as he explained the procedure I needed. The procedure was a success!
Staff and Dr Lee were efficient, friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
Dr Lee is very patient friendly. The only thing is the shots are no longer covered by insurance, and they cost us $300 per visit.
