My appointment time didn’t involve a long wait. All of the workers were extremely professional and pleasant. Dr. Lee waited on me promptly. It was nice knowing someone was cognizant of my time. All my questions were answered, and I’ll be back there next year.
This was my first time at this facility and seeing Dr. Lee. Everyone from the front desk to the staff who took care of me during my appointment were very courteous. Dr. Lee was very thorough when explaining the tests and findings. Thank you for making my experience at Illinois Retina Associates a pleasant one.

Everyone is so pleasant. A warm feeling and great customer service. The lady with short hair that did my exam the gentleman at the checkin and the lady that checked me out also the lady in the room with me and Doc are all amazing. See you next year 🙂 my Foc is absolutely amazing!!!
The staff is very dedicated and knowledgeable. Each person is treated individually based on their vision needs. Highly recommend.
