First it’s very clean and the front desk staff smile and ask you if they can help you with eye contact and that’s very important to me. Also the Dr. assistant are very nice and friendly and they tell you what they’re going to do before they start the exam. And most of all my Doctors Saberwal has a amazing personality and is doing great with my healing process.

Staff is great. And the appointment was long, about two hours total with 1.5 hours of waiting. Much longer than last year or year before. It was 8:30 am on a Monday. I had dilation and the exam. The latter was about 10 minutes total, interview and dilation in the first 20 minutes. The practice might be larger now, don't know. I will go back, just mentally prepare for longer wait.

I thought everyone was wonderful. From the very beginning we greeted. Everyone explained clearly what was next. Doctor Sabherwal was excellent in explaining my upcoming procedure. I felt very comfortable and felt that I could truly trust him.

This was my first visit with Dr Ryan and he was awesome. I went in with a possible partial detached retina. I was expecting to have a procedure done and I left with a still intact retina but there was an issue that I will be going back every 6 months to make all is good. I would definitely refer anyone and everyone to see Dr Ryan!
