Dr. Raiji is a doctor who cares. She is concerned about my eyes. She didnt just pass me off to someone else. She took her time, got to the root of my problem, and managed the solution. Great personality and the staff is great.
I had an eye health concern over the weekend and called Monday morning. Dr. Raiji was able to fit me into her schedule by early afternoon. After examining me, she told me there was nothing to be concerned about but I had done the right thing by calling and coming in. She had given me peace of mind.
I've visited Dr. Raiji several times and I'll rate my experience each time as Excellent. The clinic itself is great and staffed with courteous, highly professional people. I'll recommend Dr. Raiji to anyone needing eye specialist, as also IL Retina for quality eye care.
Everyone was very helpful and thoughtful throughout my time in the office. Dr Raiji answered all my questions and even had me set up for my visit for cataract surgery. Awesome Teamwork!
Dr. Raiji is the best retina specialist I have ever dealt with as a patient. Her office is extremely well run with compassionate, competent people from the front desk on up. Everything runs timely and smoothly with the least pain possible involving an eye injection.
