I was strongly encouraged to see Dr Veena Raiji through my ophthalmologist to rule out a more serious problem even though she was out of network. My.doctor fought for me to see her and I am so glad she did. Dr. Raiji is incredibly thorough, very kind, and I could tell she was honestly happy to deliver the good news to me. EXCEPTIONAL experience from start to finish! Having worked with surgeons my whole career, I know quality and sincere care- and that is what Dr. Raiji and EVERY member of her team provided! This practice provided OUTSTANDING professional, compassionate and kind reassurance that I was in the right place for my eye health-God Bless them all!!
Dr Raiji was very thorough and knew of 10 patients who had my problem after a Reclast infusion. Very confident in her abilities and she’s easy to communicate with.
Amazing staff, they were quick, patient and answered any and all questions we had. Dr Raiji was very professional and had a great bedside manner. The nurses were great and made for a wonder experience.
Dr. Raiji and Illinois Retina Asso were very concerned about my eye issues. Saw me promptly to diagnose the underlying cause. She also reached out to my doctor to discuss my medications which could be contributing to my eye problems.
