Overall the staff were friendly. Clean and open space. But I didn’t get what I was expecting after being referred by my eye doctor at Midwestern Eye Institute. I’ve experienced Uvities in my eye for 3 years in a row. After lots of bloodwork, x-rays and doctors visits I was given a referral here to get a deeper idea of what is going on with my eye. Dr. Raiji and her staff are very nice. However, sometimes the wait time to see her is very long. I had the dilation and scans done and then waited over an hour just to see the doctor for 5 minutes.
Great experience. Dr. Raiji takes great care of my eyes. She is always very thorough & compassionate. The staff is also very professional.
My experience was amazing. Even though I was extremely anxious about the treatment, Dr. Raiji and her staff were so professional and helped me to relax. I would recommend this provider to any and everyone.
