My visit today were an experience and helpful to me I understand the study better. The staff were very nice and friendly my doctor Raiji,MD is a wonderful doctor she show me that she is concerned about her patients. I’m new to Dr. Raiji , I was referred to her. So far I like her a lot. She was thorough and attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. The examination was comprehensive, and I felt reassured by the level of detail and care in their approach. The supporting staff is amazing too.
Dr Raiji is the most attentive, and patient centered Eye Doctor. I called the office experiencing some problems they got me in same day. That’s exceptional today.
Dr. Veena Raiji is the best doctor who treats eye diseases and helps my mother with macular degeneration and dry eyes problem. She is always cheerful and smiling, takes into account my mother's entire health condition, medications and health problems, takes time to explain the individual stages of the eye examination, patiently and clearly answers all my questions, making sure I fully understand my mother's health and care needs. I have ben coming to Illinois Retina Associates for a few months. Specifically Dr. Raiji. She is professional, smart and has a great bed side manner. I truly believe she is there for her patience. The staff is great at all the locations I have been to.
