Dr. Ravage was efficient and informative. It's too early to complete this rating because I am still in serious trouble with my sight. Right now I have no improvement and am extremely scared about losing my vision. There's too many unanswered questions at this point and being at an early stage in my treatment I am in a foreboding state of mind. Short of death, there is nothing worse than losing one's vision.
Dr. Ravage was recommended to me by a colleague when I was having a difficult recovery from retina surgery. His skill, knowledge, patience, and calm demeanor have made a big difference in my care ever since. Dr. Ravage helped me to navigate the timing of my ERM surgery and he did a fantastic job. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Ravage and the exceptional care and compassion I received. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted by a warm and professional staff who made me feel at ease. David who takes all the photo imaging could not have been more kind and reassuring during the process. We even had a few good laughs! I believe this practice has an excellent process. My credentials (who am I and how will I pay?) was processed at the desk, then reasonably promptly passed on for medical eye review, eye scan and those pesky but necessary eye drops. The meeting that followed with Dr. Ravage was efficient and consultation was clear and professional. Follow up appointment was promptly scheduled. All good.
I am very pleased with my appointment with Dr Zac Ravage. He was and continues to be informative and direct Retina doctor. Also, David, the technician that took the pictures of my eyes, really made my day. Also, my husband's. I highly recommend this group.
