After experiencing a complication from cataract surgery that required a vitrectomy, I was understandably anxious and overwhelmed. Really friendly and efficiently run operation. Very organized. Moved me along from one exam room to another getting all the tests done and then saw Dr. Ravage, who I researched and chose carefully. Each time I’ve visited their office I was very impressed. I trust Dr. Ravage and his technicians.
Everyone was very nice and informative. The doctor and staff made sure to keep me informed and at ease. Daniel was especially nice and informative. He gave the gentlest shot/injection that I think I have ever had. I really appreciated him because I am very afraid of needles.
Very efficient operation. Gracious and helpful front desk personnel. All healthcare personnel were respectful, polite, and appeared to be proficient in their duties and responsibilities. Dr. Ravage was cordial, but spoke very rapidly. I am pleased to have been accepted as a patient in this practice.
Dr. Ravage is very warm and caring, as well as down to earth. He explains how things will work and always answers all my questions. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Many of them know my name. Dr. Ravage treats his patients with a steady hand when administering injections and makes sure there is minimal discomfort.
