I had a great experience at the ILSC IELTS test centre. I had previously taken the IELTS at another test centre in Richmond, where my TRF was delayed for 14 days, causing me a lot of stress. Despite sending multiple emails, I received very little support. My experience at ILSC was completely different. As we know, test centres can be scary. I think that for adults even more so, because it still triggers memories of past experiences with education. However, the staff at ILSC made the whole experience much more enjoyable. With clarity and humour, they let the whole group to feel more comfortable with test settings and environment.
Very accommodating staffs. Instruction wise, they will guide all throughout, making sure belongings are safe and have space that can help you prepare or relax for a bit with washroom, snacks and water available. Thank you for a wonderful service!😊
Luis was wonderful! This was my third CELPIP test, and compared to other test centres, the atmosphere here was much more comfortable and welcoming. Luis created a calm and supportive environment, which really helped reduce stress and focus on the exam. I truly appreciated the positive experience!
