Luis was wonderful! This was my third CELPIP test, and compared to other test centres, the atmosphere here was much more comfortable and welcoming. Luis created a calm and supportive environment, which really helped reduce stress and focus on the exam. I truly appreciated the positive experience!
I took the computer-based IELTS General Training exam at this location, and I did not receive my results until 12 days later. This was extremely frustrating because the results were time-sensitive and needed for a work permit. I emailed their team three times to follow up, but received no response, which felt very unprofessional. I regret choosing this centre for my test! I took my IELTS test at this centre a while ago. The centre was highly disorganized; staff were unprepared and did not coordinate in a timely manner, which caused confusion for test takers. My test started 40 minutes late and ended 1 hour later than expected!!! All the women's toilets at this centre were clogged, and there was a total mess.
