I regret choosing this centre for my test! I took my IELTS test at this centre a while ago. The centre was highly disorganized; staff were unprepared and did not coordinate in a timely manner, which caused confusion for test takers. My test started 40 minutes late and ended 1 hour later than expected!!! All the women's toilets at this centre were clogged, and there was a total mess. Worst Ielts centre.. A girl sitting there don’t know anything. I had inquiries but she said you have to wait for the email reply.. what is she doing there then if she can’t help? They are not refunding my money. Neither they are changing my exam before. I would have given zero but unfortunately, there’s no option
Took my IELTS here. Generally kind people working there, but it seems disorganized. There's no working buzzer to be let into the testing center, you just wait in the lobby and hope someone comes to let you in. I was also asked to come 35 mins early to sign in for the 20-min speaking exam, since they said the tests can go quickly and finish early. My speaking exam ended up starting 20 mins late - waiting a full hour for a short test seems silly and unnecessary. The test went alright but not a great experience overall.
Recently got my desired band score. Speaking Examiner was really kind and humble. I stuck in-between and she simply smile & motivated me which boost my confidence. Finally I got 7. Such a nice women.
Today I came to the ELS-ILSC Testing Centre for my CELPIP exam. The test was scheduled to start at 9:00 am, and I arrived at 8:10 am. Along with me, 11 other candidates were waiting in the lobby. At 9:08, the first announcement was made, informing us that there was a connection issue and the exam would be delayed.
