I had a terrible experience, I booked my exam for 8th November 2025 in SFU IELTS centre in surrey, which was cancelled on 6th November due to technical issues and I received cancellation email from ILSC IELTS Test centre Vancouver and provided an option of 100% refund which I was assured that I will receive it in 5-7 business days. Recently got my desired band score. Speaking Examiner was really kind and humble. I stuck in-between and she simply smile & motivated me which boost my confidence. Finally I got 7. Such a nice women.
Took my IELTS here. Generally kind people working there, but it seems disorganized. There's no working buzzer to be let into the testing center, you just wait in the lobby and hope someone comes to let you in. I was also asked to come 35 mins early to sign in for the 20-min speaking exam, since they said the tests can go quickly and finish early. My speaking exam ended up starting 20 mins late - waiting a full hour for a short test seems silly and unnecessary. The test went alright but not a great experience overall.
Today I came to the ELS-ILSC Testing Centre for my CELPIP exam. The test was scheduled to start at 9:00 am, and I arrived at 8:10 am. Along with me, 11 other candidates were waiting in the lobby. At 9:08, the first announcement was made, informing us that there was a connection issue and the exam would be delayed. Terrible Test Center with unprofessional employees. If you wanna destroy your all efforts, go there. My test experience is the worst test experience in whole my life. This is my experience: Listening Section: The audio for the listening test had technical issues. On three occasions, the voice was abruptly cut off, causing confusion and disrupting my focus.
