I had a great experience at the ILSC IELTS test centre. I had previously taken the IELTS at another test centre in Richmond, where my TRF was delayed for 14 days, causing me a lot of stress. Despite sending multiple emails, I received very little support. My experience at ILSC was completely different. Last week I had my CELPIP exam at ILSC and the experience was great and smooth. I would like to highlight Luis, he was very nice in all moment, paying attention to every detail and having a lot of patience. Also I had a problem with my computer during the test and he helped me right away. Thanks Luis for all your help and good professionalism!!
As we know, test centres can be scary. I think that for adults even more so, because it still triggers memories of past experiences with education. However, the staff at ILSC made the whole experience much more enjoyable. With clarity and humour, they let the whole group to feel more comfortable with test settings and environment.
I would definitely recommend ILSC to take your CELPIP test!! The staff made the whole day easy to navigate which helped me feel more relaxed and prepared for my test. They explained everything so I didn’t have to feel nervous and were quickly there if I had a question. Rooms were clean and organised. The whole day flowed well. Thank you!
