I would give this IELTS test center a zero-star rating if I could. It was the most disorganized center I have ever encountered. Although I’m not sure how many different exams were being conducted at the same venue, the lack of organization caused significant delays in all sections: speaking, reading, listening, and writing. Additionally, the curtain in one of the speaking test rooms was hanging loose, which allowed other candidates to see ongoing speaking test. I recently needed assistance with my English test, and a staff member named Sarah helped me a lot. She resolved all my questions and concerns, calming me down in the process. Her knowledge and patience made a significant difference in my preparation. I am incredibly grateful for her support and highly recommend this excellent center to anyone.
I have appeared for many IELTS in different countries and centres and this was by far the best experience I have had with IELTS. The Venue was easy to find and all the staff from security to examiners were very polite and professional. There were no thoughtless restrictions or strictnesses regarding the exam. At fist, i was a little nervous because of my test, but, in the end, thanjs for the supervisor who gave me support, i was avle feel more confident of doing my test.
It was an awesome experience with Sara she helped me out as i had medical condition due to which i had to postpone my Ielts test and Sara gave me a solution for my problem. I would say she is the best. My heartfelt thankyou to you Sara for being with me in my toughest time. I wish you keep rising in your career and have the wonderful life ahead.
