I recently had the pleasure of working with Edith Hoang, a Customer Service Representative, who assisted in changing my IELTS exam from Academic to General Training. The process was handled quickly and efficiently, with great attention to detail and prompt responses. I am very satisfied with the service and impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness throughout. Highly recommend for excellent customer support!
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with IELTS Toronto was beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. I arrived to sit my exam, having paid over $350 and even taken a day off work, only to be denied entry because I didn’t have my passport. I had a copy of my passport and TWO other valid forms of photo ID, yet they refused to let me take the test. There was zero assistance offered onsite—staff just kept repeating, “Call the support line,” as if that was helpful in the moment. I tried calling for two weeks... read more
It was challenging finding the exact room for the test even though I had arrived the location 1 hour earlier. There were no signs leading to the room/hall and no one onsite to direct people. The few passersby I asked directed me to different places. Amidst the confusion, I panicked and became very anxious. I then called customer service and Edith answered, she also stayed with me on the phone until I was able to locate the room. I am very thankful to her for the excellent customer service. I had some issues with my test results being sent to my organization and had called the center to inquire about the same. They were very prompt and helpful. They checked the status and gave me a call back and sorted the issue pretty fast. The person who attended to me was extremely patient and polite. Overall it was a very good experience!!!!
