While I had a positive experience during the exams, my initial experience was not pleasant, given that when I arrived 20 minutes before my exam, I was at a loss on where to go and who to speak with. There was no staff at the reception, and the lobby was packed full with youths communicating in a foreign language. I resorted to going to an inner office to ask a staff member for directions.
