I had a excelent experience and learned a lot during these 10 weeks in Graystone. About the Staf - Carolina Pinzon is very attentionly, she attended me very well during the course, helped to fix the internet in the class room, helped me to apply in International Business. Rodrigo's Teacher is a excelent teacher, he coordenate very well the student's class and all time take attention of all students. The students were very focusing during the class and participeted a lot.
I want to complain to the Academic Staff Office for the second time. I want to change my morning class. On Thursday, I went to the office and found the Class Change paper. I had already signed my name on it, but now the change is not reflected on the app timetable. "I'm very dissatisfied." Due to my need for a language certificate for university enrollment, I came across ILSC during my time in Iran. I joined their exceptional program on September 27, 2021, and completed it after 49 weeks on September 9, 2022. Throughout my tenure at ILSC, I was privileged to interact closely with numerous staff members who consistently provided me with excellent advice and support. I had a really bad experience at ILSC Vancouver. The admin staff were super unorganized and never responded to any of my concerns. The classes were way too crowded, and it was almost impossible to get any one-on-one help from the teachers. On top of that, the lessons felt really old-fashioned and boring. For the amount of money I paid, I expected way better quality. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this school to anyone looking to learn English seriously.
It has been one of the best experiences in my life: I improved my English skills, I played, I had fun, I met many people from different countries and I made good friends!
