I took online French classes for three months. Each session lasts about a month, and there is a test at the end to determine whether you can move on to the next level. I started as a complete beginner and passed the first exam. However, the next level was a mixed-level class combining three different levels. For a language school this big, I would expect a much more organized way on how they manage so many students! I registered for a one week ESL class, prior to the course start, I received an email telling me the first day will have orientation program in the morning introducing the school and the program and that I should be there at 9:30. This has been one of the worst educational experiences I have ever had. From the very beginning, the registration process was a complete mess. The representative kept insisting that I must pay first, otherwise nothing would move forward. I was pressured several times for payment, and once I paid, all communication from my advisor stopped.
