They did an awesome job! I was in major pain, they were nice, polite, and helpful. I’m not a hospital person, as I’m not one that goes to the emergency care, unless it’s something I can’t handle on my own. That, and in my experience they usually keep me.. but the staff were very helpful and friendly!

I got a bill. I went to pay it, and they would only allow me to make the full payment. So, I called to speak with someone. I authorized them to take $75 from my account using my debit card. The lady made the payment for the entire $294.00 instead. She didn't admit fault; instead, she put me on hold. While on hold, I get overdraft notifications from my bank's app. She comes back and tells me what she did and said that I should get my money back in 24-48 hours. I ask to speak with a supervisor.
