Called last week to get a copy of a receipt for my FSA and was told they would email it to me in 24-48 hours. After not receiving it, I called again today and was again told they would process my request and it would be another 24-48 hours because their lead needs to process it and send it to them to forward on. Not quite sure why it takes that long to pull information that is readily available on a screen to send. Broken process for a simple request.

Actual x-ray service is fine, but they only bill me via Text message at inconvenient times and then I forget about it later. Never get a paper bill from this place which annoys me. Yes I am very technical and can handle text and email, but having a paper invoice helps me remember to pay it later, as I have a bill pay stack that I handle at least once per week routinely.

Wish I could give zero stars. Billing department cannot file a bill correctly with insurance. After hours on the phone I had to file a complaint for my insurance to help me. It’s been several months and issue is still not resolved. I will change hospitals before I allow another procedure with them.

Glory was very helpful. There was an issue with my billing and she was able to get me fixed and resubmitted to insurance for coverage. Appreciate the help!

Associates were friendly but my issue was with a service not being billing as in network per agreement with the provider. This has been a - year and 8 month ordeal that hopefully is lined out now.
