Reliable. Reasonable. Fast Scheduling. Great Communication. Tech was awesome as always. All techs are friendly and know their profession. They will show you how dryer fires can start as well. It’s more than cleaning the screen. I’m a Steady customer for years. 3 times for Washer and twice for dryer. Will never use anyone else. I own LG Washer and Dryer. Purchased 20 years ago, when Real Washing Machines were made :) Give them a call 1st. Tell them Mike Ashton referred you👍
Pro technician, Steven, applied comprehensive diagnostics and common sense functional observations explaining everything. Was truthful in keeping our unit ( Bosch front loader) and even our Whirlpool dryer (with manual controls) even though only the washer had a problem. Appreciate getting real feedback from people like Steven that deal with several appliance manufacturers. Absolutely the best. They came the next morning to fix my washing machine and Giovani the technician was knowledgeable and was able to get my machine up and running in no time. He had the part on the truck and did not have to order anything. I was never so happy to do laundry!!! Was beyond happy with their service!
We have been using Immediate Appliance for many years. The service provided is consistently excellent. Steven, the service person, is stellar. He is thorough, explaining the issue and solution as well as the cost for repairs. He is also careful to clean up afterwards, which we very much appreciate. We also like the follow up call to ensure all went well, and to reiterate the warranty for any new parts.
Dryer stopped working at around 8:30 am, I called Immediate Appliance, got an appointment that day. Steve the technician was at my home just after lunchtime, very nice and informative, and diagnosed my issue. Repaired it, cleaned up nicely and was on his way in about an hour. My wife was thrilled and made for what could have been a horrible day a wonderful day. Thanks to Steve and Immediate Appliance.👍👍
