I called Immediate Appliance and they had a technician come out to my house within a few days. They assessed what was wrong with my washing machine, ordered the part and was back out to my house to replace the tub boot. I’m very impressed with their professionalism, efficiency and how fast they were able to come fix my washing machine. I couldn’t be more happy with their service and would recommend them in the future. Thank you!
Giovanni came ahead of schedule. He was polite and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the issue and was able to fix my dryer. Afterwards, he swept up the area , making sure to leave that area neat. On Oct 2, 2025 my Kenmore refrigerator was not getting cold enough and the freezer had frost build up inside the door, from previous door gasket installation, by Al the previous technician, who attempted to do the repair, with no success. Hands down an amazing experience dealing with this company. Not only did they come out within a few hours, but they fixed the issue with my dryer. I thought it was one issue when it was a totally different one. They could have just fixed what I thought was wrong ao their honesty is absolutely appreciated. Bobby was our service tech and let me tell you....this kid (he's younger than me so he's a kid ha ha) has an amazing personality, quick with the jokes and explained every single thing.
