I love this company. John, our service technician, was the nicest, most friendly guy I've ever met. And Beverly is absolutely always a pleasure to speak with . I've worked with Immediate for years and years and have never been disappointed. In fact, my last repair was, admittedly, expensive...but instead of buying new, I chose to make the repairs just because Immediate is a local business and I wanted to patronize and work with them. Hands down an amazing experience dealing with this company. Not only did they come out within a few hours, but they fixed the issue with my dryer. I thought it was one issue when it was a totally different one. They could have just fixed what I thought was wrong ao their honesty is absolutely appreciated. Bobby was our service tech and let me tell you....this kid (he's younger than me so he's a kid ha ha) has an amazing personality, quick with the jokes and explained every single thing. I called Immediate Appliance and they had a technician come out to my house within a few days. They assessed what was wrong with my washing machine, ordered the part and was back out to my house to replace the tub boot. I’m very impressed with their professionalism, efficiency and how fast they were able to come fix my washing machine. I couldn’t be more happy with their service and would recommend them in the future. Thank you!
