This entire experience has been extremely disappointing. It took five days to have a simple window repair completed, and the process was marked by poor communication and a lack of professionalism. I originally called this in on Thursday to have the work scheduled for Friday, only to find out—after I had to reach out myself—that it would not be completed. My insurance company set up my appointment and they can't recommend one company over another so the choice was mine. The guys did a great job installing a new windshield in my vehicle. It was great that they were able to come to my job saving me the ride to the shop. Very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend!

Tad bit disappointed. I had a windshield replaced on behalf of a dealership I purchased from. Service was quick, but I noticed same day the molding wasn't secure. I told the technician and sent pictures. It was dismissed as it needed to settle and the molding fits in brackets. My issues were one I'm not a certified tech to repair it, and two my molding came completely off in traffic. I've call impex only to not receive a return call....

Impex worked with us and came out on a Saturday which allowed us to finish out the work week without down time. They were friendly and did an excellent job on the windshield!
