I don’t have enough good things to say about everyone in this practice. Dr. Puterman fit my mom (a senior) in at the last minute for an emergency procedure at a time he was very busy. From the minute we walked through the door, every one of his staff was incredibly kind to us and she was treated gently and with respect. I am so grateful to him for helping us with a technically difficult extraction that NO ONE else was willing to attempt. His competence is without question, but on top of that, he is an incredibly kind person. You’re in very good hands with him. Highest recommendation!

I was initially referred to Dr. Puterman by my dentist who highly recommended him. My procedure was flawless- no problems, quick recovery. I have a yearly follow-up and consultation. Dr. Puterman is a patient and attentive listener with a reassuring gentle manner. The staff is welcoming and efficient. They provide a comfortable and supportive atmosphere. I will need a second procedure now - and I have no hesitation or worry that it will go well and that I will be well-cared for throughout.

From welcome to goodbye, my experience was great; not only on this occasion but every time. I have always been treated with courtesy and kindness. Tho the staff are busy they take time for some conversation and to make me feel comfortable. I can't recall the name of the young lady who assisted me, but she was welcoming and gracious. Always a pleasure to visit this office. Thank you!

I have had three procedures in the past year with excellent results. Dr. Puterman if informative, efficient and performs his work with an attempt to minimize patient discomfort. His staff are well organized, very efficient and exceptionally polite. Everyone in this practice reflects a very high level of professionalism in everything they do. I would definitely recommend Dr. Puterman and this practice.

I was guided to Dr. Puterman as one of just a few people who could resolve a problem with teeth right in the front of my mouth that had developed over many years. He did an amazing job both technically and in responding to my many questions and concerns. His office staff was uniformly efficient and considerate and followed up via phone calls and texts when necessary. Dr. Puterman did, as well, which I saw as an indication of a doctor who truly cares about his patients. The costs involved for the procedures were unfortunately multiples of the allowances provided by my employer-sponsored dental insurance, costs that I fear many people would not be able to afford. That financial reality of our health care system generally was the only downside of my experience. Dr. Puterman provided a superior solution to a complicated and cosmetically sensitive problem, for which I am very thankful.

My implant was pricey, but it was worth it. I was very pleased with the final result and and the process was painless and with no big problems. When a little problem arose, Dr. Puterman took care of it right away. He was accessible at all times, explained everything patiently, and was always concerned about my welfare.
