Everything went smoothly, well coordinated, well planned, and quickly! All personnel were friendly and helpful, especially Amber and Christian. Roof looks great! Cleanup and follow up were great and well timed. Materials were placed incorrectly but Amber had it corrected next day. Christian informed me a screen was torn and offered to repair. I said I would take care of it and he still gave me some screen. Price was also very good. Will recommend to any and all.
We recently had our roof replaced with Impriano Roofing & Siding and could not be more pleased. From the initial conversations with Jack, all the way through the completion of the project- everything went seamlessly. Christian and his team did a wonderful job with the new roof, keeping us posted throughout the process. They were efficient, hardworking and so nice! Previous owners used this company to redo the roof. Have a roof leak with evidence it is active and long standing. They showed up (slightly out of warranty) which was great, but they didn't even climb on the roof to check. Blamed the chimney and bounced. Chimneys fixed. Siding fixed. Leak is still active. Probably wouldn't hire them for any jobs based on this.
I recently had new fiberglass windows installed by Impriano to replace my existing original wooden windows that were terrible condition. This was a sizable investment, and although they weren’t the lowest priced, I feel confident in saying that I received the best bang for the buck in terms of craftsmanship as well as the finish products used. I am typically a stickler in terms craftsmanship but I have no complaints. I will likely be a repeat customer. Thanks for the great job.
