Very professional, very polished in their approach to doing their job. The materials were top grade and the installers were very skilled at their jobs. The planning by the initial representative was right on, with many new areas of flashing added, to assure no rainwater would seep underneath. The downspouts were directed over the top of the soffits, so the integrity of the shingles was retained and not interrupted. We had such a great experience with Impriano Roofing. They were priced fairly and everyone we interacted with made sure to explain every step of the process to us. They were on time, respectful, and did a great job!
Working with Impriano is a very good experience. Having my roof replaced was my third time using this company, flanges replaced in the past. There was NEVER a problem! The pricing was very fair, their service and workmanship is excellent.
From the moment I called, Impriano Roofing delivered excellent service. I talked to a real live person from the first phone contact. Everything they said would happen: from Rob coming out to assess the roof and give his recommendations, to the team that came at the end with the magnets to go through the yard to sweep for any nails or metals items that may have fallen from the roof during the roof replacement, happened as they said it would. Great experience! Impriano Roofing worked with my insurance company to replace my roof along with replacing other parts of the exterior of the house that were damaged during a hailstorm last summer. From the very first phone call and start of the claim, through having the work done, to the completion of the work and completion of the insurance claim everything was done with great care.
