Second visit now, seems ok so far however..On the first visit it was booked online with a time slot, they said might be long time as we're busy. Second time, booked a time slot and delivered the car and again they said could be 2 hours as they didn't know car was coming in. Shouldn't advertise time slots online if they cannot accommodate the service that day and time. Especially when looking for quick service and same day.
(That garage is very doggie I write a comment before a days and they deleted so I will put again here) I visited your garage before couple of days about a noise from my car and was told the belt was split. Because you were short-staffed, I was advised it was safe to drive to another garage. Shortly after, the car broke down in the middle of the road and I lost my brakes, only managing to stop with the handbrake. This advice put my life and others at serious risk. A very dodgy garage with a scruffy looking mechanic smoking cigarettes constantly and rude and unfriendly management behind the counter. Trying to get me to pay in cash without a receipt for a repair on damage to my vehicle caused by you..? I did not feel comfortable with this and I do not trust this place. Better to stick with Kwik-Fit or Halfords Autocentres. Also very unclean premises. Bad hygiene. Stay clear of this unprofessional business!
2020 Update: Still a great place with friendly staff who dont force unnecessary expense when none is needed. Just had a service and MOT done with little fuss. Great offer and service done with little fuss. Also a free valet was a very nice touch at the end. Will be using them again.
Great service, so helpful. This is my 2nd visit for MOT , service and repair. I will not take my car anywhere else. Lovely little waiting room and the guys from reception to all the mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable.
