Second visit now, seems ok so far however..On the first visit it was booked online with a time slot, they said might be long time as we're busy. Second time, booked a time slot and delivered the car and again they said could be 2 hours as they didn't know car was coming in. Shouldn't advertise time slots online if they cannot accommodate the service that day and time. Especially when looking for quick service and same day.
The manager was very helpful and saved me from being without a car for a week after taking my car to another branch for its mot and finding out they could not do the work for over a week all it took was one call to luke and he booked me in call me back with a estermate and when I got there he called me back with the full price and the work was done within a couple of hours and I took it straight back for a retest for that im so great full and will be chaning back to them in the future I have been using in n out for 15 years.
Premium service as usual! Came back after the MOT to do my service at In n’ Out and can’t fault them just as friendly and approachable as last time service was completed thoroughly and worked around my requirements in a perfect fashion 10/10 already reccomending to others! Simple fast and efficient!
Really very impressed by In’n’Out Northampton. They fitted me in at extremely short notice and fixed my car. Very friendly, honest and highly professional. Pricing extremely fair. I cannot recommend them enough, thank you.
This happened back in summer 2025. Was recommended by a friend and brought the car for MOT+full service. The MOT failed and the guy just said 600-700 quids to fix everything (exc the full service) and get it passed, but couldn't break it down to the details when being asked. Felt dodgy and said don't have that much of money, he reduced it to 400-500.
