Second visit now, seems ok so far however..On the first visit it was booked online with a time slot, they said might be long time as we're busy. Second time, booked a time slot and delivered the car and again they said could be 2 hours as they didn't know car was coming in. Shouldn't advertise time slots online if they cannot accommodate the service that day and time. Especially when looking for quick service and same day.
Took my car to fix heating. I got the diagnosis result with details but they said they need to do their own and will cost £60 just for that. I left my car and went to work. They call after 20 min and said they can't fix it, take to the other mechanic so come to collect. I found them not very professional and just want to earn money in easy way.
Worst business to ever consider to have anything done with your car. Better off taking your car to Argos!...They don't work on cars but would probably do a better job! Absolute unprofessional, atrocious poor excuses for human beings. Avoid at all costs! They love cash in hand jobs under the table.
Brilliant guys down here. Seen me straight away, were very helpful and knowledgeable and got my car going again within an hour. Couldn’t recommend enough
2020 Update: Still a great place with friendly staff who dont force unnecessary expense when none is needed. Just had a service and MOT done with little fuss. Great offer and service done with little fuss. Also a free valet was a very nice touch at the end. Will be using them again.
