Very poor service. Charged 10 pounds for extending my chain for which I had extra pieces with me. And they broke the chain and replaced it with gold for my rose gold watch
I wanted to fix my watch chain and a battery, I went to this shop and asked the person about it, he said £15 for the chain fixing plus if you like a clean wash and battery then all that will be £39.99 otherwise just the chain will be £15. I said okay give me the whole package and he gave me an estimate of £54.99. I said I thought you said the package is £39.99? Despite repeatedly emphasizing the importance of the piece and seeking reassurances that the job could be done within the two-day timeframe they promised, they lost the delicate stone from my pendant.
