I am writing this as an updated review following an issue that I am still dealing with. Over a year ago, my original diamond was lost while in this company’s care - specifically, Martina’s care. A replacement stone was provided, but the entire experience was extremely distressing. Unfortunately, I have never truly been able to move past it. Martina was lovely, did a bracelet adjustment no bother, happy to do an adjustment once I got back when I wasn't quite happy with the fit, even took the bracelet off another watch that has rust around the spring bars for free. Great experience, would go again.
Diar was great help for me, I was struggling to fix my watch and he did it within 1 minute, great customer service as well

I wanted to fix my watch chain and a battery, I went to this shop and asked the person about it, he said £15 for the chain fixing plus if you like a clean wash and battery then all that will be £39.99 otherwise just the chain will be £15. I said okay give me the whole package and he gave me an estimate of £54.99. I said I thought you said the package is £39.99?
